Steps show is no Tragedy

The reunited quintet were surrounded by scantily-clad backing dancers of both genders and made good use of their impressive props department on the first night of their come back tour.
Lisa Scott-Lee and Faye Tozer were keen to show off their slender pins in a series of eye-catching outfits, but Claire Richards opted for more conservative attire.
The singer recently revealed she’s “proud to be a size 16” having piled on the pounds since the group first disbanded.
Her bandmate Lee Latchford-Evans, who’s been plying his trade as a personal trainer in recent years, was reportedly concerned she wouldn’t be fit enough to complete the group’s Ultimate Tour.
Ian ‘H’ Watkins was in typically energetic form at the opening night in Belfast and donned a leather jacket emblazoned with the letter ‘H’ for the Odyssey Arena gig.
Despite sporting a few more wrinkles than they did in their late 90s heyday, the fivesome proved they’re still an excitable bunch as they unleashed their cheesy dance routines and played with fire.
The Tragedy clan received rapturous applause from their fans, who have seemingly forgiven them for their controversial split.
Followers attacked the group after they threw in the towel on Boxing Day 2001, just weeks after releasing a greatest hits collection.
Fans claimed they had denied split rumours to capitalise on a host of merchandise put out in the lucrative pre-Christmas market, including their Gold collection.
However, they reformed last year and released new ‘best of’ disc The Ultimate Collection, performing again for the first time on This Morning on October 10.
Their Ultimate Tour sold out in minutes and six extra dates were added due to demand for tickets.
